Web Logs

Look for the "Log in to my Page" button at the upper-left of the page. By logging in to your page with your HPA name and password you will see new pages that are open to your account but not open to the public. If you are the owner of the weblog then you can use your blog's Permission settings to control who reads and writes to your pages.

Web mail

Use SquirrelMail's Auto-Response program to generate your own vacation messages. Instructions for using the Auto-Response are available. Another link explains the two status bars above the mail folder area indicating how much disk space remains available in your mail account and how to use this information to regain disk space.

Calendars

An IT wiki provides an introduction to iCal. In addition to reserving school busses, HPA faculty and staff can use server-based calendars to more easily schedule some resources, locations, or meeting times. Please submit a help request so that we can configure your computer and account.
